All motorcycle valeting and detailing appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of £40.00, payable by bank transfer (BACS) at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until this deposit has been received and cleared in our account.
Please note: We do not accept cheques and currently cannot process credit or debit card payments.
In the event of adverse weather conditions that would prevent the safe and effective completion of your motorcycle valeting service, your appointment will be rescheduled as necessary. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative date.
Deposit Refund Exception: In the unlikely event that adverse weather prevents your service from taking place and no suitable rescheduled date can be arranged, your £40.00 deposit will be refunded in full.
The £40.00 booking deposit is non-refundable under normal circumstances. This deposit secures your appointment slot and covers our administrative and scheduling costs.

We collect information about you for two reasons. Firstly, to process your enquiry and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your name telephone number, email address. Email enquiry forms are not sent via an encrypted channel and for this reason we ask that you do not include confidential information when using them (such as bank account details). We respect the privacy of personal email accounts and we store your email addresses just as securely as other personal information. We will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail, and your details will not be passed to any organisation for marketing purposes without your permission. However, we may use email in response to enquiries you make about our services or service issues. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We take all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
